依据客户要求定制PT项目LGC电池生产商播报编辑LGC浮上大众视野，引起大家关注的时候是一场火灾，2008年3月3日，LGC的主要电芯生产厂（供应约80%），位于梧仓(Ochang)科技园区的电芯工厂失火，这场火灾烧掉了差不多整个厂区和全部的生产线，这个火灾对于整个电芯行业来说是雪上加霜，2007年的松下工厂的火灾和2008年LGC的火灾，让电芯供应突然出现了20%的缺口，加上2007年和2008年笔记本销售的井喷，电池供应根本满足不了市场的需要。（以上内容为2008年8月写）（以下内容2009年6月补充）在2005年初，由于成本的原因和LGC的2000mah103450电芯技术进展顺利，联想开始接触LGC，并且让LGC代为设计下一代产品X60S,X60T的电池模组，LGC在2005年中和2006年中这段时间为联想生产了一批X60S的平底4芯电池和X60T的4芯电池，电芯都是我们俗称的扁电芯（103450），这批电池绝大多数发给了纬创（TP的代工厂，在昆山，部分电池流向长城国际），但是等到纬创开始出货，LGC的生产还未能满足TP的需求，所以，联想暂时取缔了LGC代工X60S,X60T电池模组资格，这就造成了联想6系列开始发售的一个特别现象，LGC出的正规原装电池，在thinkpad的电源管理软件中被误报“非原装电池”的错误（只在日本最早期发售的单核X60S，而且是1.8寸硬盘机型上，最早的BIOS才不会报错）。2006年中下旬，联想为下一代thinkpad做准备的时候，由于第一代未能完全成功上市的LGC电池良好的性能给联想留下深刻的印象，联想继续让LGC代工T61,X61S和X61T的电池，原计划是生产T61(14宽屏)的4芯，6芯，7芯和X61S的4芯，X61T的4芯。早期LGC生产的T616，7芯（原来手上有工程样品，这个电池的电池内部卡口不是我们看到的正方形，而是梯形，由于稳固性的问题，后被联想放弃，这个电池是不能安装在T61上的），但是由于2008年的一场大火，2007年正式扩建的LGC的梧仓基地产能无法提供联想的需要(主要是为了供给苹果的订单，无法满足其他企业的订单），联想又被迫将T61的6芯，6芯和X61T的4芯委托三洋和松下代工，LGC只生产T61的4芯和X61S的4芯平底电池，所以也产生了T61 4芯电池四家厂都有生产的局面。LGC，是一家在磨难中成长的企业，也是一个逐步成熟的电池生产企业，LGC的产品质量完全有实力和松下，三洋，SONY这几家大厂比拼。但是作为一个中国人，看到国内的电池生产企业拥有国外企业很难拥有的稀土和钴的资源，却一直无法和国外企业并驾齐驱，在锂电池领域，连别人5年前放弃的2200mah电芯技术也是刚刚爬出实验室的情况下，国内的企业实在要加油一下了，在国家资金，政策和资源（中国独有的稀土和高纯度氧化钴资源的支持）的强有力扶持下还是吃人家5年前的剩饭，实在是没有任何意思，老老实实，认认真真的做一些实事出来，别在搞什不实用东西出来了。后记：有几个技术点补充一下1扁电池，就是锂离子电池，俗称103450，形状是扁的，里面是固态的，和X300使用的锂聚合物电池不同，外形相似。以前有网友在我的帖子里面说手机好早就用聚合物电池了，X300才开始用这些，这里回复一下，工业用的聚合物电池必须能够承受大电流放电和充电，往往是家用手机电池300毫安-500毫安电流的6倍-15倍，特殊行业要求是30-50倍。普通的家用聚合物电池是无法达到工业要求的，就像中国的解放卡车60年代就生产出来了，但是重型载重卡车也是近20年的事情，技术上的要求不同。2圆电池，也是锂离子电池，俗称18650，形状是圆柱形的，里面是半固态的，有点类似牙膏状，这个电池的生产厂家就多了，代表业界最先进水平且投入大规模使用的2600mah电芯，只有sony，松下，三洋，LGC，三星，莫利生产，国内还没有规模化生产的2600mah电芯，甚至连2400mah都没有。3 生产锂电池需要稀土和放射性金属化合物氧化钴，氧化钴多为共生矿，所谓的高纯度是指杂质少，不是指含量高。这些资源唯独中国独有，主要在西北。三星的电芯质量差的原因就是无法获得优良的稀土资源，莫利（澳洲）也一样。4 至于LGC是不是第四大生产厂家，这个第四大是我杜撰出来的，可能在很多人眼里根本没有说服性，但是就本人的长达将近2年的实测来说，LGC的产量不能达到第四，但是质量的确能进入前四，至于哪个厂家的质量好，这个问题我无法回答，因为感觉都一样，差不多。5所有的电池生产企业中，三洋是规模最大的，也为其他厂代工，SONY的部分笔记本电池就是三洋代工的，专门网有售的UX系列机型的电池就是由三洋代工，BPS-6和BPL6，还有SONYSZ机型的电池等等，SONY自己的产能都严重不足，联想的订单是尽量满足。DELL曾经也是因为使用了三星的电芯造成大规模的电池损坏，D410,420,430,620，630，820，830这些，也是实属无奈之举，因为当时松下着火完了LGC跟着，逼不得已用三星。三洋还在LGC着火后，用LGC的库存电芯为联想OEM过T61的6芯，总之在电芯缺货的情况下，厂家都是极力争夺资源，那些山寨上网本厂论资金和实力都无法和大厂抗衡，所以只能到深圳的小加工厂去加工电池，使用报废品或者拆机电芯，或者使用国产的低容量电芯来降低成本。新手上路成长任务编辑入门编辑规则本人编辑我有疑问内容质疑在线客服官方贴吧意见反馈投诉建议举报不良信息未通过词条申诉投诉侵权信息封禁查询与解封©2024 LGC moves to a new office in Shanghai
LGC is pleased to announce the opening of new office in Shanghai, which will serve as its headquarters in China. The new office will replace the old office headquarters in Shanghai.
Since opening a representative office in Beijing in 2009, LGC has grown to three sites in China, establishing its Chinese headquarters in Shanghai in 2015.
Last month, LGC held the grand opening facility of its new production site, which was established at the end of 2018, for reference materials and proficiency testing schemes in Nanjing.
The new office will open on 16 July 2019.

您好！岁月不居，时节如流。十年前的2009年，LGC在北京设立办事处开启了中国区业务，2015年LGC中国区总部上海公司成立，2018年底LGC在南京投资建立了标准物质及能力验证研制基地。一路走来，LGC中国一步一个脚印，中国区业务发展踏实精进！
刚过去的2019年6月，LGC中国在南京举行了盛大的十周年庆典及南京实验室启动仪式，与广大的客户及合作伙伴度过了一段难忘的相聚时光，共同分享发展的喜悦！
7月，LGC中国又迎来了一个新的里程碑！随着LGC中国区业务的持续发展与壮大，LGC中国区总部将于2019年7月16日起迁至新址办公：
